Roof cleaning
With our powerful 6250 maximum psi pressure washers we can clean any roof thoroughly including colourbond to concrete to terracotta tiles. We can can clear all moss and lichen, and any hard stains. A gutter clean and thorough cleanup is included.
Repointing

Rebedding
Means replacement of mortar. Sometimes the mortar has fallen out and is no longer doing its job so needs to be replaced. If roof has been neglected for a long time then all mortar needs to be replaced. Most the time just a bit of mortar needs to be replaced usually on the corners.
Painting
Once services above have been done we can paint any concrete or colourbond/metal roof. A sealer is applied followed by two coats of paint of the colour of your choice. We provide colour charts. Please refer to the colour chart below:
Warranty
Our repointing, rebedding and painting services are backed by a 12 year warranty. So no matter what happens if your roof has a leak within those 12 years or if you have an issue with it we come out asap for free to have a look and rectify if it’s our mistake.
